Clinical Psychologist Dr. Larissa Portnoff Alleges Childhood Sexual Abuse by Donald Trump

In a video repeatedly taken down on TikTok, the Columbia-trained NYC psychologist describes alleged abuse beginning at age 8 and later contacted to intimidate her into silence.

Dr. Larissa Portnoff, a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York City, has publicly accused Donald Trump of sexually abusing her as a child in a video that has spread rapidly across social media platforms.

Portnoff, who also appears in academic contexts as Larissa C. Portnoff, holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University (2021), along with an M.Phil. (2019) and M.S. (2017), and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Denver (2011). She is the clinical director of New York Psychology Practice, maintains an active New York license (NPI 1043986664, license number 110582-01), and lists specialties that include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and related issues. Her practice address is listed at 5 Union Square West in Manhattan.

In the video, Portnoff states that she was “one of the child victims of Donald Trump.” The alleged abuse began around age 8 and resumed when she was 16 and 17. She describes believing she had escaped “a pedophile ring,” asserts that Trump specifically targeted her in sexually exploitative ways, and says she has experienced further inappropriate and abusive interactions from him and people in his circle after turning 18. She further alleges recent contact through what she describes as a political fixer—which she characterizes as possible witness intimidation or continued exploitation—including an invitation to a Yankees game in September 2025. Portnoff also claims that an attempt was made on her life after she reported the matter and that she has spoken with a congressional select committee.

In the video she calls Trump “clearly a pedophile and dangerous,” urges the public to “get the corruption to stop,” “use our voices,” and “get Donald Trump out of office,” and directly addresses him: “If you think you’re going to intimidate me, Donald Trump, it’s not going to work. I’m not afraid of you.”

"I thought I could escape a pedophile ring. Donald Trump very specifically targeted me, repeatedly and in very sexually exploitative ways. It was very clear he knew what he was doing. And since then, since turning 18 I have had a number of interactions that are inappropriate, abusive and constitute sexual exploitation from him and his inner circle.

"Over the past year I have been contacted by DJT though what I believe is a political fixer. I think it was a form of witness intimidation. I think he also tried to sexually exploit me again. He had invited me to the Yankees game on Sept 11 2025..

"What this is is organized crime. I can say with certainty that this is organized crime, and has to be investigated. It has to do with very powerful and dangerous individuals and it intersects with national security issues. We need to get the corruption to stop. We need to use our voices . We need to get Donald Trump out of office. And if you think you're going to intimidate me Donald Trump it's not going to work. Whoever tried to make an attempt on my life following my report...

"I'm not afraid of you."
