In our small, rural community a failing care facility purchased by a financial/real estate organization out of NY. It strikes me as strange bc it is on a good sized track of land. What do they want w a failing business in very rural Nebraska? I've since read that "tax harvesting" is part of their business success.
I imagine that that land will be developed, at some point. I really dont know though-its all new.
