At this point, people need to realise that the structures of their state have been disabled by the abusers now in control and that they cannot count on anyone else than themselves to do the job they see as needing to be done. Without any money and without any armament. Just by uniting together beyond ethnicities and castes, in a very divided country, thanks to Gandhi's work and influence. He's been very much forgotten in that world of selfishness and tit for tat.
