I was raised in a rural conservative Christian area in the United States and I cant tell you that some Christian Zionists are waking up, and they are disgusted to realize that their religion has been tainted by this ideology. Sadly it doesn't seem to be a very large number yet, but im hoping that changes. We need people who were Christian Zionists who have realized the truth to try and wake up more people from their community. They generally wont listen to someone like me because im an atheist.

I was raised, and still live, in a very conservative Christian area. I know that many of then actually believe the Bible is literal. They thinks dinosaurs didn't exist and that the world is only 7000 years old. They teach their kids from the Bible when they homeschool them, acting as though its a history and science book instead of their preferred mythology. Sadly the kids grow up and try to home to college and unless they go to private religious schools, they aren't prepared at all. Its very sad.
