On Sunday, October 25, 2026, Dwight Jackson was outside his own home on Chattahoochee Street in Chattahoochee, Florida, putting up Halloween decorations when he suffered a seizure and collapsed. His brother, Caleb Johns, called for help. EMS arrived and began treating him. Roughly 45 minutes into the medical response—while responders were still rendering aid and had the situation under control—Sgt. Price of the Chattahoochee Police Department showed up.
According to Johns, Price shoved people out of the way, jumped on Jackson, and deployed his Taser. Multiple times. Seven times in total, according to the department’s own account. Jackson, who said he was not intentionally combative and was experiencing a medical emergency, later described the ordeal as “more terrifying than being in the war” because he was defenseless.
Police Chief Michael Miller offered the standard script on Wednesday, October 28: EMS supposedly requested help with a “combative individual,” Price encountered “physical resistance,” and Jackson allegedly pulled on the officer’s body armor. Jackson and witnesses rejected that framing. The man was coming out of a seizure. The video captured by his brother shows the familiar American scene: officers piling on a person in medical distress while EMS is already present.
Price didn’t stop at the repeated Taser use. A second video showed him getting into a verbal confrontation with an EMS employee. On October 28, Chief Miller announced that Price’s “conduct and demeanor did not meet the department’s standards” and fired him. Jackson was put in the back of a patrol car but never booked into jail. He has said he is considering legal action.
This is the pattern. Call for medical help. Get the police. Get force. Get the after-the-fact justification. Get a firing once the video spreads (maybe)—accountability that arrives only after the cameras roll and the public sees it. Who do these cops really protect and serve? Not the man having a seizure in his own yard. Not the public calling for help. In Epstein’s America, the people with real power get protection, silence, and sweetheart deals while the rest get Tasers and police brutality…or death. POLICE REFORM NOW.
