“In Gaza, people no longer fear death alone… they fear what the Israeli occupation may do to their bodies after death.”
These are not simply dramatic words written to attract attention.
They reflect a real feeling lived every day by Palestinians under bombardment, siege, and continuous destruction.
In Gaza, suffering no longer ends when a person is killed — it continues even after death, reaching the bodies and dignity of the victims themselves.
Throughout the war, the Israeli occupation has withheld hundreds of Palestinian bodies for long periods before returning some of them under painful and disturbing circumstances.
In many cases, Palestinian families said the bodies they received back were severely altered or difficult to identify, opening deep wounds of fear, anger, and suspicion among the people.
The Government Media Office in Gaza accused the Israeli occupation of taking vital organs from the bodies of Palestinians held during military operations, while human rights organizations, including the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, expressed concern about possible violations involving human organs and tissues taken from some detained bodies.
Rights groups and independent organizations have repeatedly called for transparent international investigations to uncover the truth about what happens inside Israeli forensic facilities, especially as the Israeli occupation continues refusing to provide full medical details regarding some of the bodies returned to Gaza.
Palestinian fears are also rooted in historical controversies that caused outrage years ago, after Yehuda Hiss, the former head of Israel’s Abu Kabir forensic institute, admitted in past interviews that organs and tissues had been taken from Palestinian bodies during earlier years without full consent from their families.
Those past admissions left a deep scar in Palestinian memory and intensified fears surrounding every case involving detained bodies.
Among the heartbreaking stories is the story of Mahmoud Abu Al-Foul… a young Palestinian from Gaza who left detention physically and emotionally destroyed.
According to circulating testimonies connected to his case, Mahmoud suffered severe torture and medical neglect inside Israeli prisons after his left leg was broken and left untreated until it eventually had to be amputated.
Then came the greater tragedy — losing his eyesight and emerging from prison trapped in permanent darkness.
For a person to lose his eyes does not only mean he can no longer see the road…
It means he will never again see his mother’s face, the sea, or the sky he once dreamed of looking at freely.
In Gaza, people no longer fear only Israeli airstrikes or the destruction of their homes…
They also fear the unknown fate that may await their bodies if they are killed.
The Israeli occupation does not stop at bombardment, starvation, and siege.
It also continues the policy of withholding Palestinian bodies in what are known as “numbered graves” and refrigerated facilities — a policy condemned by human rights organizations as a serious violation of human dignity, even after death.
Despite all these accusations and repeated calls for accountability and investigation, the world still appears silent or powerless before the suffering of Gaza.
Meanwhile, images of children beneath the rubble, grieving mothers, and bodies wrapped in white shrouds continue to pass before the eyes of the world as if they were ordinary scenes.
In Gaza…even death is no longer the end of suffering.
And perhaps that is the most terrifying reality of all.

This is very sad that even the dead are raped , robbed & there body’s use as trash for perverted evil shows how sick is today it’s affecting the whole world this is a cult of evil not normal an all that goes with it . Seems the rape mutilation if people baby’s dead or alive is beyond comprehension . Having witnessed genocide first hand in Gaza, they develop new games to play👇
Even if they survive the continued Israel’s continued daily bombings, deliberate famine, total suffocating blockade, rats & roach infestations of tents… they will not survive the psychological trauma
