Foreign doctors returned furious and shattered after treating 114 children shot once in the head or chest by Israeli forces. Most died in their arms. They call it deliberate murder, not war.
I could not stop crying. I remembered when I first saw the witness testimony of the doctors as they were in Gaza or after they returned, how horrified I was not only to hear them but to see the world leaders doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the face of this blatant atrocity. I still cry. I still pray for these children to receive long overdue justice.

I am sickened as an American by this; we are not a savage nation. Dear lord those innocent children, those innocent souls. My heart is broken; goes out to the families who are suffering. No child, no teenager, no adult should live in fear because of the banal mutants in DC and Israel who are nothing but pieces of fecal material with little cerebral capacity. Remove the inept bastards from their perspective positions for crimes against humanity, murder, assault and battery; violation of their rights and humanity.

Kathy, I’ve run out of words to express how horrific the ongoing torture and murder of children is. I keep repeating myself so often that the words seem empty these days.
I’ve written to our politicians here in Canada begging them to take action against Israel but still nothing happens. So I guess I just keep writing and crying and writing again.
I hope you don’t burn out from have to report such devastation every day. The human soul can only take so much and I worry the world is becoming saturated with the pain and suffering seen around the world.
But I understand why you keep going, the same way the Palestinians keeps going. It’s the only way of keeping hope alive.

Even when I see the goodness in people like doctors who risk everything to save others I can't help but feel the bad outweighs the good. People excuse our greed and gluttony as "human nature," but I refuse to accept that. Our society, this system built over centuries, is what breeds this darkness in us. It exhausts me, this "survival of the fittest" mentality when we have the capacity to lift each other up.
We're supposed to be higher beings, yet we turn on our own. We kill our own. When I look at all this, I can't help but wonder: are we doomed?
We have seen the doctors interviewed and read their stories. Everything stays the same. Countries are still saying there is no genocide - Germany (April 26), EU is still arguing about sanctions and trade deals (April 26).
Everyone who reads this should share somewhere else and yes, cut Israel out of your life, products, business deals, political support. Push back in every way you can.

There are no words that adequately convey the inhumanity, depravity and horror of this wholesale slaughter. No child should have to endure such suffering and horrific trauma as this. Kudos to the brave foreign physicians and healthcare workers who risk their lives to serve those in need in Gaza, in the midst of the genocidal carnage.
