The Illusion of Control
What we’re looking at completely challenges the official U.S. government narrative about the aftermath of Iranian strikes in the last 200 days.
Relying on the actual visual evidence put forward by CBS News, Reuters and other publications we can notice the massive gap between what we’ve been told in press briefings by the Trump regime and what these reports argue is the scorched reality right there on the ground.
Trump regime’s official stance
To really grasp the gravity of this reporting, we have to set the stage by looking at the U.S. regime’s initial and honestly ongoing claims and then line them up against the visual evidence. According to recent soldier interviews and leaked photographs, the government has been totally adamant that the Iranian drones and missiles caused, “little to no damage.”
They’ve held the line that there were 18 fatalities and that almost every single incoming projectile was successfully intercepted. But newly surfaced photos, first dropped by CBS News and then backed up by Reuters, News Drum, and regional outlets paint a totally different picture. Instead of total interception, these images show charred planes, collapsed barracks, shredded trailers, and completely wrecked vehicles.
They argue that when entire sections of a base are reduced to twisted metal, you really can’t call it a minor incident. The damage is absolutely undeniable.
Damaged Aircrafts
To see how this all builds up, we can start specifically with the military aviation assets that were right in the crosshairs. Washington has repeatedly claimed that U.S. aircrafts took no damage from the attacks in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Donald Trump even took it a step further, claiming there was literally “nothing.”
However, reports from CBS, Reuters, and News Drum fire right back at that with hard physical evidence. They detail an A-10 Thunderbolt II that literally lost an entire wing, plus 8 heavily damaged F-15s. And maybe most wild of all, photos show a Boeing E-3 Sentry in Saudi Arabia with its tail completely severed and the fuselage totally charred.
Bluntly put, a multi-million dollar aircraft reduced to a gutted shell is a far cry from nothing, Mr. President.
US Bases Devastated
If we look past the runways and the military installations themselves, we hit the severe infrastructure damage detailed.
These reports do a brilliant job of illustrating the localized destruction, highlighting the exact facilities that sources claim took a massive hit. Over at Camp Buring in Kuwait, the reports describe trailers completely shredded, vehicles burned out, and barracks just left in ruins. Just down the road at Camp Arafjan, buildings were reportedly torn apart.
Meanwhile, over at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, the reports state that entire structures were literally hollowed out. News outlets like AOL, Yahoo, and News Drum are all confirming this exact same reality. Unless you’re a US official trying to do damage control with the public, this destruction is vividly real and highly visible to anyone paying any attention to media other than that of the US and UK.
The Human Toll: “A sobering perspective.”
This is a direct visceral quote from a US soldier on the ground who spoke to CBS News, and it really shifts our focus from broken buildings to the actual human experience during these terrifying strikes. The soldier said, “we’re standing there with our eyes closed, getting punched in the face.”
What we are seeing is service members are actively accusing the Trump Regime of keeping the truth from the American public. Because frankly, a situation where troops feel like they’re blindly getting pummeled, we can safely argue that’s the definition of a cover-up.
Heavy Discrepancies of Fatalities
This is where we hit the most sensitive and probably the most depressing discrepancy, the undeniable loss of human life, which completely contradicts Trump and his clowns’ claims. We methodically go through this data because it’s absolutely crucial. You see, this isn’t just media hearsay.
Upon studying the Pentagon Inspector General’s own reports and mapping out the data, at least 11 US personnel were tragically killed in action, along with other fatalities in non-hostile, war-related incidents. When you look at the breakdown, 6 American soldiers died at Kuwait’s Port Shuwaiba, 1 perished in Saudi Arabia, 3 more were killed at Jordan’s Muwafak al-Salti base, and 1 in Erbil.
While officials just keep saying “no casualties”, leaked photos and internal reports reveal a really stark truth, that the public is being actively misled. But we also have to contrast that official military narrative with the devastating reports of civilian casualties. The hidden cost of the Iran strikes is just staggering.
In addition to US personnel deaths, verified numbers from Amnesty International confirm at least 28 civilian deaths across the Gulf Cooperation Council nations. In Saudi Arabia, Iranian drones killed civilians and left dozens injured. In Kuwait, multiple attacks didn’t just kill soldiers, they wounded over 100 civilians.
Calling this damage “minimal”, completely ignores a catastrophic human toll that we were told would never happen.
The Boondoggle
Moving from the tragic human cost to the big picture macroeconomic impact, we have to look at the staggering loss of military assets and equipment, as tallied by government watchdogs. Just look at this number, 60. According to the reports, which cite a Pentagon watchdog report, the U.S. lost nearly 60 aircrafts.
This figure directly flies in the face of assurances from officials, especially Donald Trump, who was pushing the narrative that the U.S. had virtually unlimited ammunition and suffered 0 damage. I mean, 60 destroyed aircraft paints the picture of a massive, incredibly destructive event, wouldn’t you agree? So the really crucial point here is this massive financial bill, $3.7 billion. That is the estimated cost in equipment and infrastructure losses.
We’re talking nearly 60 aircraft, 100s of buildings, structures, and highly advanced equipment. You know, it’s funny how this truth somehow never makes it into the press briefings. Instead, this $3.7 billion reality is just buried under the rubble, scorched into the sand and gone with the wind.

Why the lies? Well why not.
Telling the truth would force the US regime to make some highly damaging admissions. First off, it would mean admitting that U.S. bases are vulnerable. Second, it would mean acknowledging that multibillion-dollar air defenses simply failed.
Third, they’d have to openly admit the deaths of U.S. personnel. But most importantly, acknowledging the true scale of this destruction would mean admitting that Iran has far more advanced military capabilities than Washington would ever dare to publicly confess.
The likes of Donald Trump’s and Pete Hedgeseth, are drunk on war, and are desperate to maintain this illusion of control just to protect their political narratives.
I really want to leave you with a provocative thought. Today the truth about war isn’t found in Pentagon briefings, but in the burned planes and bodies that somehow don’t make the official statements. The big question is, when official statements so directly contradict the charred wreckage and the literal rubble on the ground, will you believe the narrative they hand you or will you believe your own eyes? This is not the fog of war, it’s an intentional conning of the public at large, where the head of state has almost doubled his wealth, while he and his cronies hide the deaths of soldiers who were sent to a war for a country that wasn’t their own.
