Netanyahu’s Strategy to Drive Palestinians Out

Freezing and Starving Gaza Through Winter

Via Dropsite:

Please listen in full to this update Gaza NGO coordinator Eyad Amawi shared with Drop Site, in which he describes in detail the humanitarian catastrophe engulfing the enclave.

He also lays out what he describes as Israel’s main strategy and Netanyahu’s project right now: forcing Gaza through the winter without shelter, fuel, food, medicine, or reconstruction machinery so that hunger, illness, and exposure drive Palestinians to leave the territory.

“They allow smartphones and empty cars,” he says, “yet block meat, eggs, fuel, winter tents, medicine, and heavy machinery.”

“The equation is painfully clear: tightening the siege, engineering hunger, and pushing people toward forced migration.”

“This is a quiet continuation of genocide.”

“This so-called peace plan is nothing but a pleasant title hiding a catastrophic reality,” Eyad Amawi, humanitarian aid coordinator in central Gaza tells Drop Site.

“There has been no real change in living conditions, except for a small economically privileged segment.” He says 90% of Gaza remains crushed, without work, without an economy, inside total destruction.

He also said:

➤ More than 50% of eastern Gaza is now a buffer zone. Rafah is wiped out. The north is devastated. Even the west coast is hit under constant “security” claims.

➤ No schools have resumed. Tent classrooms flood. A full generation is entering its third year without real education.

➤ Israel blocks heavy machinery, rubble removal, winter tents, mobile homes, fuel, sanitation tools, caravans and medical infrastructure.

➤ At the same time, smartphones, traders’ trucks and empty cars are allowed in, while food and humanitarian aid are restricted.

➤ Fishing is dead. Agriculture is crippled. Industry is gone. Waste piles up without fuel.

➤ Decomposing bodies remain trapped under rubble with no machines allowed in to recover them.

“This is not peace,” Amawi says. “This is a quiet continuation of genocide—slow killing through hunger, disease, cold and suffocation.”
