This Z led mega billion social media site in disguise is the worst offender of them alllllllll! The disguise? A job and networking ploy. Left them over three years ago after they suspended my account for speaking up about Gaza. Even on the phone...they have everything on the people on this site. Trying to reach 500 million followers, members in the process. Atrociously expensive. My humble and honest recommendation is to quit using it and cancel your membership, ASAP. Israeli owned and operated to the core. Bout time someone else beside me called them out as they shut EVERYONE down asap for speaking up about the ongoing genocide while allowing the I members in the middle east troll and bad mouth members freely with Bo repercussions! Horrendous waste of money o. My part for al.ost 7 years. Bunch GD thief and rapists the money they charge while surveillance everyone and everything about them.

I actually didn't know they were israeli owned until your comment. That actually makes me laugh for reasons I won't go into here. They must care more about money than some other things.

All about money of course AND covertly infiltrating every aspect of American society to including disappearing gov officials dating back to the 1960s!!!

I just knew there was a real reason why LinkedIn gives me that bad gut feeling (and I was super reluctant to use it)! Except, now I have a profile because my work requires it for me to get more work. Can someone please tell me what I can do to block as much of this deceptive crap as possible from LinkedIn (until I get a new gig and can afford to delete my data on the site)?

Plot twist: I only install LinkedIn on mobile with no permissions

Although this underscores the privacy concerns of LinkedIn, as opposed to mitigate it

I have reason to have absolutely zero shock if that is all true. I stopped logging in to that site years ago.

I mean they have the worst privacy policies and everyone knew this already.

A lot of people take for granted that their software will not be reverse engineered or audited. CiC and other techniques are always utilized to probe internal function, both at the runtime and debugging so you cannot run rogue softwares and not get caught. 1 full scan later and we can know everything it does, everything. Except data analysis is very painful.

Anyway, this only underscores that lawsuits will be coming if they are in violation of privacy/security rights. Expect people to go to jail.

All Apps are Code that run on our machines while most of them could be simple websites witout all the tracking bullshit, and play store spying.

Thanks for this. I only started using my LI account a few months ago. Here is an account of my experience as an AI McJob contractor.

How would you like it if your privacy was violated and scared every where you went. Well, I updated a lot hack is a skill not to be use for evil. Voice, video, everything everyone knows not by everyone but enough you fill like you neebd to have protection no sleep lies. Remember how Frankenstein was treated big heart but they will point fingers like he was death. That's how it feels when your privacy is taken away. My advice hold all of in you will get sweet justice at the end. But remember God has your back if you do everything right

I would boycott LinkedIn but I want to show myself to as many employers as possible. What should I do?

Nicholas's avatar

I don’t mean that in an offensive way, just saying employers don’t search for people on LinkedIn to hire. They hire people from in person events and through connections.

Emma's avatar

Recruiters do though

Ayuub Yusuf's avatar

Hm. Alright. Thanks for the advice!

Nicholas's avatar

Employers are not finding you on LinkedIn.

Emma's avatar

Guarantee headhunters snatch off there. I know people who do.
