They’re going abroad to study how to kill more efficiently. This is the level of depravity we’re dealing with: a regime shopping internationally for better ways to execute the people it has locked away.

This is not about security. This is not about law. This is the logical endpoint of decades of occupation, dehumanization, and apartheid.
