May this world some day learn to value every human. I don't want to choose sides. Children deserve lives filled with peace & carefree joyful play, not death and war.
I am glad this is happening for people who have no phones and who are in a desperate situation. From the first time i read on Substack about individuals asking for monetary support( which was and still is very understandable) to help them survive there was one thought in my mind from the begining. Is every Gazan person and family able to do this? I carried this thought till now and finally writing about it.What about the working class families by that i mean the people who did physical labour in Gaza or went to work in ‘israel’ as construction workers and agricultural workers. Not every Gazan is/was a doctor , health worker , academic , poet , administrative workers and functionaries etc.
This apart all those 1000’s of orphaned children - maimed children, families with fathers and even mothers and siblings taken as hostages by israel , so many families with so many killed people maimed people quite apart from whole families massacred and so many other ultra difficult desperation producing situation.
I can only try to imagine what must be the situation of people with more than 80% of houses destroyed and continuous bombing genocide since more 32 months!!!!
All initiatives focussing on the most vulnerable most poor most needy people in Gaza is completely welcome in the current desperate situation.
Thank you ✊🏽
Let continue to keep amplifying Gazan voices and share widely.
There's none else to turn to and we can not afford to stop.
Shukran ♥️🫂✊🏽
