Which is not to say she shouldn't be given the ibuprofen, it's just that it can slow healing. There is a concept called multimodal, which layers lots of imperfectly effective treatments together. For example turmeric or quercetin can boost pain medication's effectiveness. This approach requires money there's no way around it. But it's the best hope.
Here is how the anti-pain medication mania works: not only do "researchers" author motivated papers that deny observable fact, the Israeli regime can use peanut gallery false beliefs about what medications do and don't work, to deny entry to medications that do work. Ibuprofen can stop some pain but the price, of suppressing healing platelets, is too high. And her RX says neurogenic oain. Ibuprofen is not effective for that. Turmeric would be more effective than ibuprofen, although I doubt it's available to her. If it is, she should try that. If it works for some hours, move to twice or three times daily dosing just like medicine. Cardamom and ginger, and possibly galangal, contain similar compounds, maybe not in the same quantities.
But for neurogenic pain, I can tell just from this "PT prescription", she's at risk of being dragged into an American puritan insurance-company designed non-science model. She's possibly at risk of being given psychotropic drugs used for epileptics not for healthy minds, which may damage her hormones and mind in multiple ways while not helping (nerves that have been truncated need other treatments, not full body nervous system derailment). May all the universe come together to help her.
