Potassium Iodide will heal what nothing else will heal. There is something called Lugol’s Solution that he can put a couple of drops a couple of times a day that will aid wound healing.
I don’t know if he has access to electricity. If he does, a blender could help him get vegetables and nuts in his body.
Body wounds that won’t heal with antibiotics or on their own can heal with a foam iodine that’s made for the outside of the body.
I cannot imagine the medical items needed to help people in Gaza.
