Hi Laura same here. It is loading on my old phone (with no sim card) but not the new one. I managed to make it load on the new phone by copying the link sending it to my WhatsApp personal contact and clicking at it from WhatsApp. At one time it worked when i restarted my phone.. the issue seems to be device or settings specific.
